Always - Handmade Card

Hi friends,

Today I am featuring some new dies by Poppystamps (see the supply list below). The card itself is easy to make and it does not require a lot more supplies other than dies - just some white and ivory cardstock, vellum, one shade of Distress Ink and some liquid glue.

A Hint of Pink

Hi friends, I hope you are having a great week. The card I am presenting today is very delicate and feminine and it is ridiculously easy to make!

The card base is made out of a sheet of vellum and then "reinforced" with the thin frame so that it's not going to bend when standing upright.

For writing a message I would suggest using a white pen or a white pencil - besides being unusual it is also not going to be too visible (again, in a standing position of a card).

Fairy Card with Die Cut Inlays

Hello crafty friends, I hope you are doing great!

The card I have created today is all about inlaying die cuts. Everything in it is die cut and inlaid - the background, the frame, the focal image and the sentiment. It is nearly one layer card, but the wings of a fairy add a bit of complexity to the layering.

Watch the video below for beginning to end guide as well as the explanation of all tricks and techniques!

Pop Up Card with Frame Dies

Hello there, thank you for joining me!

Today I have finally gathered some courage and made a pop-up card and I was surprised at how easy it was! To make this card different I have decided to use some intricate lacy frame dies from Special Moments collection by Spellbinders.

These products are very new and they might not hit all the stores yet, but don't worry - they will be available in just a few days!

Watch the video below for beginning to end guide! I will also demonstrate a liquid glue application technique that is a huge time saver!

Scene in a Wreath

Hi friends,

Today's black in white card has a lot of texture and some fun elements, but at the same time it's easy to make, it suits nearly any occasion and it works for both men and women.

I have used some dies by Gummiapan to create a wreath window and flower embellishments. For creating a scene small Memory Box dies worked great.

Watch the video below for detailed step by step instructions!

Thanks for visiting today! Have a great week and I hope to see you again really soon!

Rainy Pond

Hi friends,

Today's card is one of those projects that look more complicated to make than they really are. Basically you just have to die cut all the images out of neutral cardstocks that you most likely already have and stick them down onto a card.

In a video tutorial below I am demonstrating exactly how to assemble it. Thank you for stopping by today and have a wonderful weekend!

THOUGHTFUL GIFTS - Starry Night Gift Box

Hi and welcome to another video of THOUGHTFUL GIFTS series!

This time I'll be creating a matching box for a sketchbook that has Starry Night printed on its cover. To decorate the box I'll be using Waves layering set by Birch Press Design as it reminds me so much of a Starry Night.

The box itself is a "back to basics" thing - it's a super easy project created with just a paper trimmer and a scoring board.

By the way, I have also added some stamping to a sketchbook itself to personalize it. Watch the video for a step by step guide!

5 Shaker Cards with Spellbinders June Card Kit

Hello crafty friends,

Summer has officially begun and the best way to celebrate it for me is to create some summer themed cards! I have made 5 shaker cards using the supplies from JUNE CARD KIT by Spellbinders.

This is the first time ever that I am using a card kit so I was quite curious to know what you can actually do with it. After I have played with the supplies I can say for sure that you can create from 10 to 20 cards (depending on your crafting style) easily using JUST the supplies from the kit. And of course, with the dies included you can make many more!

Below are some close up pictures and a video tutorial (unboxing plus beginning to end process).
