Creating Mini Circle Windows for Pearl Embellishments

The project I am sharing today is an almost one layer and nearly one color card. Although the design is quite simple I have jazzed it up with some fun techniques. 

The large circle border layer I used is actually meant to work with another border die that serves as a bottom layer for it. But instead I decided to attach some pearls to the inside of the card so that each circle becomes a little window for a pearl.  

I have also used a punch tool to create more tiny circle windows - I scattered them around the card front and attached more pearls behind them.
