Wine O'Clock

Hi and welcome back to my blog! Today I am sharing a project created with some dies from Wine Country collection by Spellbinders. I used some wooden stir sticks to create a board table then arranged some die cuts into a little still life. To finish off the scene I have added a clock made of medallion die cut and a dial sticker.

To create rustic look I chose to use cork, wood and wood veneers and I also limited the color scheme to some shades of brown.

If you want to see how this card was created scroll down for a step by step video tutorial!

Booklet / Mini Album Card

Hi and thanks for stopping by!
To create today's card I have used a simple and fun binding method and therefore the card can double as a mini album. You can also use the same design to just stack the die cut layers on top of a card base to create a traditional card.

To create the shape of the card I have used the die from May Small Die of the Month kit. It's a monthly kit that allows you to purchase 20 dollar worth dies for just 7.50. Check out the supply list below for more details.

Art Deco Silhouette - Layered Handmade Card

Hello crafty friends! My last project was a card inspired by Van Gogh paintings and it was created with the Waves layering die set by Birch Press design in shades of grey.
This time I went with the shades of brown and used the same die set to create a card inspired by Klimt artwork.

This card is pretty easy to make - it is all about stacking the die cuts and creating layers. Watch the video tutorial below for all the tips and tricks of die cut layering!

Art Deco Church - Layered Handmade Card

Hi there, hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
The card I am presenting today is quite multi layered but it is easy to create and it is also mailing friendly.

The design was actually inspired by two pictures by Van Gogh (watch the video tutorial below) although I was not trying to adopt the color scheme or make the inspiration recognizable in any way.

I have featured some dies by Birch Press Design to create this textured swirl background as well as the focal image. Watch the video for a step by step guide on making this card!
