Today's project is an all-occasion card that has a wide see-through ornamental border decorated with pearls.
To create this project I was using a couple of dies from Diecember 2018 release by Simon Says Stamp.
I kept the color palette extremely simple (almost no color at all!) but added quite a bit of texture - watch the video below for step by step instructions!
