25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - DAY 16 - Boundless Shaker Card

Hi again and welcome to the DAY 16 of 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 tutorial series!

It has just occurred to me that 15 projects of the series have been published but I've made only one shaker card so far! Something should definitely be done about this situation so here we go - a shaker card tutorial!

Note that the shaker frame looks completely open on the two longer sides of the card and it creates the illusion of sequins floating in the open air. And to make this design even more intricate I have added an open frame with a scene in the center! Watch the video tutorial to learn how to make it!

Thank you so much for visiting today! I will be back soon with the project #17 and I hope to see you then!

25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - DAY 14 - Hanging Gift Box Ornament - with Helen Griffin

Hi and welcome to the DAY 14 of my 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 tutorial series!

I have a very special guest joining me today - meet Helen Griffin!

Just like me, Helen has her own line of products - Simply Made Crafts. It's a real treasury of dies meant to create boxes, gift bags and other 3D projects. And as the name suggests - the projects are super easy to put together and are suitable even for beginners!

I am also encouraging you to visit Helen's YouTube channel - lots of interesting ideas to discover there!

Today Helen has created a project with Paper Discovery dies (designed by me) and I have made a project using her products.

Look what Helen came up with!

And here is what I have made with her dies! :

I hope you enjoyed today's collaboration! See you back soon!

25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - DAY 12 - House Shaker Card

Hi and welcome to DAY 12 of 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 cardmaking tutorial series!

It has just occurred to me that I have published 11 tutorials and haven't yet made a single shaker card! This, of course, should be fixed right away, so here we go - a shaker card!

I also have a new Paper Discovery product to present - it's a Magazine Kit that includes a magazine all about me and Paper Discovery! You will also find a set of products inside - a die set, a stamp set, an embossing folder as well  as an A4 booklet of papers!

This set is great not only for advanced crafters but also for absolute beginners (you should have a die cutting machine though!). Inside the magazine you will find lots and lots of inspiration (plus step by step tutorials!) on how you can use this set.

Today I am going to share 1 project from this magazine. So let's jump right into it!

25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - DAY 11 - Foiling + Wax Sealing

Welcome to the DAY 11 of my 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 tutorial series!

Today I am going to create a Holiday card using two great techniques that I think should be used much more in cardmaking world - they are Hot Foiling and Wax Sealing. Both add fabulous touches to your projects but while hot foiling requires some investment (a machine) wax sealing is so inexpensive and easy an you can get started immediately!

In the VIDEO below I will not be explaining how to operate the machine but I'm going to concentrate on a card, some problems that I faced and their solutions. On with the project now!

Thanks for visiting today! See you back soon with the project #12!

25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - DAY 10 - Plaid Panel Card

Welcome to the DAY 10 of 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS tutorial series!

I always like finding new ways to use old supplies and creating new looks with something that I already have. This time I am going to use the Card Builder Panel die set (from my first release) in a way that it was not originally intended to work. As a result you can get a layered multi-color plaid panel ready to put on any 5''x7'' card!

Scroll down for the video and I'll show you the entire process step by step!

25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - DAY 9 - Round Boxes

Welcome to the DAY 9 of 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS papercrafting tutorial series!

On the DAY 3 I was demonstrating how to make dioramas using Diorama Elegant Ornament die set by Paper Discovery. This time we are going to use the very same die set to make a bunch of round boxes!

You can make the plain boxes as well as the ones with windows - those would be great as glazed gingerbread holders. And, of course, there are so many ways you can decorate the boxes!

In the VIDEO TUTORIAL below I will be explaining how to put the box together and will give you a few decoration ideas as well! Scroll down to watch!

Thank you so much for visiting today! I'll be back soon with the project #10 and hope to see you then!
